We highly suggest and prefer Priority shipping on all orders to include insurance and faster shipping
(protect your investment.) Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Due to the nature of personal products, all sales are final. We will work with you if something is not right.
All custom design pieces are final sale. Orders can not be cancelled one placed. Please contact us if product arrives damaged, or an item is missing.
We will do everything possible to replace missing items, or damages caused by us.

Once packages are generated/mailed a tracking number will be provided via email and or text. In the event your package is lost or stolen, Cinna Rostor is not responsible of product once it has left our possession.

If packages are returned to us we will contact you via email to discuss possible product refund minus shipping cost (depending on products condition,) as well as re-shipping product to you with an additional re-shipping cost/fee.
Any lost, stolen, and damaged packages must be reported to USPS and proceed with filing a claim.

Why does it take so long
to get my package?.
Our products are homemade, and produced in small batches to control the products consistency, and its integrity. We order products in small amounts from other small businesses to keep items fresh
What is the expected shelf life?
We suggest skincare products be used within the first 6 months of purchase, for best quality use. Dispose after 1year of purchase. Popcorn has over 65day shelf life. Dispose after 3months.
Are these products going to last?
A little goes a long way! You won't need a lot to get the job done with our cosmetics.We suggest starting with a dime size to a quarter size depending on size of area being treated- (varies by person's desire of moisture needed.)
If you store your products in a cool, dry, dark location, you'll be able to get the best use of them.
How do I apply them?
Start with a dime size to quarters size amount of moisturizer/scrub -varies by person and size of are being treated.

What if i dont like it?
We suggest you try a different external body part-like your feet, hands, and elbows to try the product on before making that decision. One of our testers wasn't fond of the scrub on her face. She put our scrub on her elbows as a body scrub and loves it! What works for one might not work for the other. We suggest sharing your products with someone close to you. It might not be your favorite moisturizer, but it might be theirs.
